| Saleem has been the principal visionary in company design and structure. He has a bachelors degree in engineering and received a masters degree in biomedical engineering from Drexel University. He is also President of a medical devices company and has been in the ecg business for over 20 years. |

| Kevin Kimmel |
| Mr. Kimmel has over 25 years of experience in financial audits, business-entity taxation and financial planning and has performed professional services to a diverse business and governmental client base. Mr. Kimmel was a partner in Kimmel, Lorah and Associates, CPAs, LLP prior to forming his own accounting and business consulting practice in 1997. Mr. Kimmel is a certified public accountant licensed in PA and has a Masters degree in taxation. He is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs and Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs. |

| Dr. Benjamin Bailey |
| Dr. Bailey earned a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from Drexel University. He served as research engineer for Monroe Research Labs and developed software for MedWest, a multinational pathology lab. Dr. Bailey has designed and developed a high volume medical laboratory order processing system which is marketed in the southwest and Midwest. |

| Robert Goodrich |
| Mr. Goodrich earned a BS in engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Goodrich has a background of software design and development. He has served as vice president of operations of a furniture manufacturing firm, and most recently has been president of a software consulting firm. |
